By making a booking at The Croft B&B – Cottages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment

Minimum Stay Period is two nights.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Your stay includes a complimentary continental breakfast in your cottage. Please advise of specific dietary restrictions in advance so we can ensure we can accommodate these.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Check in / out

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless arranged otherwise. Early check in or late checkout may be possible if previously arranged.

Smoking and Pets

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cottages. It is allowed outside on the patio only but please be mindful & respectful (no butts to be brought inside or thrown in the gardens or paddocks). Ashtrays are available for your convenience.

We do not accommodate pets, except for service animals by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date are without charge.

Cancellations to bookings made within 7 days of arrival date will incur 100% charge.

Refunds will only be made to the credit card used to make the booking.

We highly recommend travel insurance as weather or roading issues may affect you when travelling around New Zealand

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Privacy

We value your privacy. All guest information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for violations of house rules or in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Complaints

We welcome comments, compliments, and complaints, they all help us improve our services to you. We strive to provide a warm and welcoming stay to all our guests. If something is not quite right, please let us know as soon as possible during your visit so we can do our best to resolve it promptly. You can speak directly to us or email us at [email protected].
